Documents can be scanned in black & white, greyscale or colour at a resolution of choice. Naming conventions of the image files can also be decided to help maintain any existing naming policy for images that a client may already have.
Once scanned, the digital images can be provided in the file format of choice (see file formats). Along with the images, we can also provide an index file that can be used to help import the images into any existing document management system a client may have.
