PRECISION DIGITAL — our place or your place? Do you need Precision Digital’s Service Bureau to come to you?
Precision Digital’s on-site service is perfect for you if you require the digital imaging of your documents and material that simply can't be removed from their location due to security concerns, the fear of loss during transit or the need for continued immediate access to the items being scanned.
This on-site service Precision Digital provides is also great if you have already embarked on a digital imaging project and you have a large backlog of scanning to perform in order to bring the project up to date.
How our on-site scanning works:
Planning - We will assess your scanning needs and develop a customized plan to help you achieve your goals.
Deployment - Our professional staff will arrive at your location with all of the equipment needed for our scanning solution.
Preparation - We prepare your documents and remove any items that may impede proper scanning, such as staples, sticky notes, and paper-clips.
Scanning - Your documents are scanned by one of our team, who will monitor the result of each scan and make adjustments as needed.
Quality Control - We verify that each scan is free from defects or inconsistencies that affect readability.
Indexing - Key identifiers such as invoice numbers, and names can be added to a documents file name, enabling documents to be accessed via a text search.
